Together we explore the areas in your life that are presenting as most disruptive and challenging for you. Our work together will honour the person you are and direct attention to the areas you need to focus on the most. Counselling assists with improving coping skills, developing a better understanding of yourself and how you relate to the world around you and supports you to explore your thoughts and feelings with dignity.

Finding words for feelings and personal difficulties can be very hard for some people, that’s why at CTCS I offer a range of modalities that can assist you to communicate what’s happening for you. Expressive therapies can be an incredibly gentle way to express what’s happening on the inside and allows you to experience challenges without the burden of finding words. It can also be very colourful!

Your commitment to therapy is equalled by my commitment to you and your journey forward.

Couples counseling is a delicate area to work in. Honoring the relationship and each individual requires compassion and commitment

My work with couples aims to enhance communication and connection through a variety of modalities, helping you re-build trust, love, and admiration for each other.

I will support you both to work through conflict and/or disconnection that has developed within your relationship and, help you to understand yourself and the nature of your relationship with a deeper understanding.

Becoming a strong and re-connected couple takes effort and dedication and a willingness to look at what's impacting you both, how you got there, and ways you can build new and supportive strategies as a couple to repair, heal and continue to grow together.

With care and compassion, I aim to help you find your way back to each other

Family Therapy is a wonderful way to support everyone in the family as we work together to move

through challenges and disruptions in the home. With Family Therapy, I come to you and we explore

ways to improve communication and strengthen family values in the comfort of your own home.

Addressing conflict, managing differences and safely unpacking difficult patterns is a

hard task for families to do unsupported. Family Therapy is offered in a supportive and

compassionate way that helps the family unit take on new strategies and develop their new

blue-print to their lives.

Family Therapy helps with:

Community Access and Mental Health Support

I have over 9 years in human services supporting people to improve their mental health, lifestyles, relationships and reaching personal goalsand have been lucky enough to work with some amazing people within the NDIS - participants who have been nothing short of inspirational.

Connecting people to community and supporting new initiatives that support connection is one of my areas of expertise. Hence the name of my business! Connection really is everything.

I diversify my work/life/balance by including time to support NDIS participants  to help them  work towards their personal goals.

I predominately work with women living with
mental health, trauma and personality disorders.

I enjoy working with their strengths and resources while encouraging them to
expand their comfort zones, understand their window of tolerance and foster their
connection to others.
